Drop Waist Velvet Dress, S

Textured velvet dress with organza skirt and sleeves.   The contrast fabric is a see through organza-like fabric with red, green and gold metallic threads and flocked velvet squiggles.  The puff sleeves are lined and also have an a ruffle on the outside edge, giving them extra volume.  There is not a lot of stretch to the velvet bodice.
