Velvet Dress with Taffeta Flounce, S

Vintage velvet dress with high round neck, long sleeves and deep 'V' back.  The fitted column dress has a gathered taffeta flounce at the bottom.  

Make a minimalist statement with bold earrings and satin pumps or add a statement necklace and contrasting belt as shown.  

There is a hole in the flounce at the back of the dress, not visible when hanging straight.
