Hand Beaded Lace dress, XS
This vintage beauty from the 1960s is an example of the type of designer quality that could only be found in an exclusive boutique environment, like The St. Regis Room.
The St. Regis Room was the destination for Toronto's elite who were shopping for high end fashion, located on the 3rd floor of Simpson's department store on Queen St. West. Founded in 1937, The Room as it is now known, is still the go to for anyone looking for the latest luxury designer goods from the major fashion capitals of the world.
Hand beading on lace, with a deep V neckline, the dress did at one point have a modesty panel which attached with snaps on the inside - this has gone missing over the years. The dress features an empire waist with ivory lace gathered throughout and has an attached satin bow. Back zip and fully lined in acetate.
