Hand Knit Aran Sweater, XS / S

Traditional wool cable sweater, hand knit in Ireland.   Each combination of cables has a unique meaning and was meant to mimic the rope from fishing boats.  This has an oversized fit.  There are a few stains, which can be lightened or removed with careful hand washing as shown in the last photo.

This sweater has been visibly mended to fix some holes and frayed hems.  The neon pink yarn has also been used in some areas as decorative stitching.  Hand mended by Paris Calling.
